Checked in late, staff welcoming, great location.

Had a great night here after a long travel day, and the heated outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing in the evening. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud, but it didn’t really affect my stay. If you're looking for a comfy place to recharge, this is it! 🌟

The shuttle service was a big letdown. despite confirming the schedule, I found it reserved for airline employees when I needed it most. The Standard King Room had a musty smell, likely from the rain that day, which wasn't strong but certainly wasn't pleasant. A minor bummer was the sofa bed setup. I expected it pre-made and ready to use, but I had to deal with that myself. The pool view lured me in, but it turned out to be just a patchy glimpse through trees, leaving much to be desired. It also would be helpful to have some direct communication options for the shuttle, especially for those of us traveling without local phones.

our stay at holiday inn was nice! the standard queen room was clean and had dove products, which I loved. the fitness center was available 24/7 and had great equipment. it’s also close to everything we needed, making our trip smoother.
